Special events

Not all events are official events. Attendees are welcome to organize meetups, tours and other events here.
  • August 25: 12:00 - 15:00: Richard Stallman free (as in beer!) and open talk "The Free Software Movement". Music show and launch of the "Free software song contest" at Teatro Presidente Alvear (in Spanish)
  • August 25: 16:00 - 18:30 Press Conference. Room C. Centro Cultural General San Martín
  • August 25-28: Wikimania Codeathon
  • August 26-28: Poster display. Posters approved by the Program Committee will be exhibited in the main lounge (Hall A/B)
  • Chapters meeting (time and date to be arranged)
