Please, add (in a new section) any analyses of the Wikimania 2009 organization that you believe is missing from the post-mortem and its conclusions.

Timing of post mortem

If this had been done a few months earlier things would have been fresher in people's minds. WereSpielChequers 14:59, 13 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, it seems to me like most of the work was already done in October (check the history). I don't know why it hasn't been announced earlier (though it was mentioned by someone on the mailing list, if I recall correctly.). Regards, ----Church of emacs 11:58, 14 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Privacy

Not everyone is happy to disclose their real life identity. There should be an option not to have this disclosed on delegate passes. WereSpielChequers 14:59, 13 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think this (section "Privacy") is a very good approach. Users can select in the registration how much privacy they want, e.g. how much personal information (real name, pictures) the organizers may give out. --Church of emacs 11:45, 14 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
That's right; you could choose to use your username instead during registration. We even had at least one speaker who asked to remain known only by his nickname, and don't be photographed nor video-recorded. Marianocecowski 16:45, 21 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
